Worldwide Shipping

We ship to almost every country around the globe. Whether you’re in Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East, or Oceania – DHL ensures that your order reaches you swiftly and safely.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–6 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 6–10 business days

Please note that during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s regulations. DHL may contact you directly regarding any import charges before delivery.


  • Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be: Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unalteredIn their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Please note: For international returns where import duties and taxes are refused or unpaid, a €25 re-importation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Return an Item (EU & Non-EU Customers)

To request a return, please visit our Return Center and follow the instructions provided.

  • Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging
  • Include the return form with barcodes inside the package to ensure fast processing

EU customers

  • Use the provided return label 
  • Drop off your package at the designated drop-off point

Non-EU customers

  • Choose your preferred courier and shipping service
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Attach the required return package form to the outside of the parcel

Return labels are not free and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please follow the same return process. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Socks (if worn)
  • Sale items marked as final sale
